The Crowne Plaza Hotel Old Town Alexandria is housed in a well-appointed building with standard decoration. The location is exceptionally nice, nestled in a super nice area close to beautiful parks, the flight path of National Airport, and the river. It's also easy to access Oronoco Bay Park from the hotel.

The staff members were friendly and attentive. the hotel is situated in a residential setting along a bike trail that offers many miles of scenic riding.

Everything was perfect, clean hotel, magnificent and ideal location in the area. The room was neat and stylish with 2 double beds, we had a good rest. Location: the venue was near to Alexandria, the airport, Metro to DC.

The place was well-maintained and nicely appointed. We loved the room, beautifully decorated with exceptional views. The location turned out to be stunning and perfect, close to Old Town Alexandria and the nearest metro station.

The room comes at a good price. They serve a hearty breakfast with scrambled eggs, potatoes, and sausage 🍳. The staff is super attentive, including the host.

Loved the location, close to a lot of great restaurants and plazas. The hotel was approximately 11 minutes away from DCA(airport).

They charged me $100 in hidden fees and taxes, I didn't like the fact that Booked.net did nothing to help me with the situation(being that it was my very first time using them) Booked.net stated they reached out to Crowne and they said what's done is done.

The bed was comfortable and also the airport shuttle was prompt on time with an excellent driver

I have still not received the USD 50 deposit which was charged to my card till date. Though the receptionist confirmed that the amount will be refunded when I leave the hotel the following day, its been a week since I have received the refund. Hope this can be expedited.

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station at the Ronald Reagan airport. I loved my room; it was well-stocked with a coffeemaker and upgraded sheets. The room was also well-maintained and had reliable Internet access.

When it says "River View", it means "Parking Lot" with the river in the background

Spontaneously booked the same evening, as we made a day trip. Everything was fine.

A large double bed booked, unfortunately only 2 simple double beds got. The only compensation was the parking fee.
